
2 lb Sweet Potatoes
1/4 C Olive Oil
Sea Salt
2 Tbs chopped Rosemary
1/4 C Grated Parmesan
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut potatoes into wedges
Put in a large plastic bag
Add in Olive Oil and Chopped Rosemary
Shake until well coated
Cover baking sheet with foil
Spread potato on baking sheet
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and Salt
Bake for 20-25 Minutes and turn halfway through.
Transfer to paper towel and serve warm.
